If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must remain sealed and in its original condition, with tamper seal stickers intact. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, or with defaced or damaged packaging.
All returned items will be thoroughly reviewed by our team to ensure it meets the criteria for refunds.
Items marked non-returnable cannot be return for an exchange or refund.
Returning a damaged or incorrect item?
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item, or you have received the wrong item, you may return the items to us for a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com so we can sort any issues out for you straightaway.
Returning an unwanted item?
For items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return the items to us for a refund, excluding any shipping fees paid at the point of purchase. A 50% restocking fee will be incurred, which will be deducted from our refund to you. We are unable to reimburse return shipping costs.
Please ensure that your returns are carefully packed to ensure they do not get damaged before reaching us. All returns should be packed in a shipping box or bubble wrap mailer bag. We shall not be responsible for any damage sustained in transit.
We also recommend using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We aim to process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
