Are your products authentic?
Our lenses are guaranteed authentic - or we will offer you a full refund!

Do you ship from overseas?
No. All items are sourced locally and orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Singapore.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
For orders within Singapore, we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order.
Certain prescriptions may take between 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. If your order is affected, we will notify you within 1 business day of receiving your order.
During sale periods, please allow a delay of 2-3 business days for your order to reach you.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please email us at care@brighteyes.sg for assistance.

Do you need a contact lens prescription to place an order?
Yes, all orders require a valid prescription. During checkout, you will have the option of uploading a copy of your prescription; or providing the details of your prescription.

Can I cancel an order before it has been shipped?
We are unable to cancel orders once it has been placed. However, you may still return your order. Please email us at care@brighteyes.sg for assistance.

Can I return or exchange an order?
You may return Items that remain sealed and in its original condition, with tamper seal stickers intact within 14 days of delivery. As these are medical products, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds on boxes that have been opened.
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange an item, please arrange a return and place a new order with us.
