My first time trying contact lens with astigmatism!

My eyes are on the drier side so my optometrist recommended that I use dailies if I’ve to wear contact lens. Most of the day they’re comfortable to wear, my eyes feel pretty alright even after looking into the laptop screen for 8h a day in an aircon environment (dry + dry lol). Customer Service was prompt in replies! Happy to find a local contact lens provider that sells lens cheaper than brick-and-mortar. If you’ve astigmatism and have never tried contact lens with astigmatism before, I highly recommend that you do. It does help a lot with reading teeny weeny words off your screens.

Been purchasing my contacts from BrightEyes for awhile. Customer experience has been satisfying.

My feedback:
1. BrightEyes offers 3 modes of assistance via Web Message, Email or Messenger. My recent experience is that these modes of support took some time to respond. Would be beneficial to customers if a call number (via phone) is made available.
2. I understand certain prescriptions may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Would be more convenient if the delivery time is reflected on the Website when a selection is made BUT before an order is placed.
